Cancellation & Transfer Questions

Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my child’s registration?
For our cancellation policies, please view our Booking Terms and Conditions.

My child can no longer come to camp, can a friend/sibling take their place?
Unfortunately this is not possible. If you need to cancel your child’s spot, we must offer their place to the next camper in line on the waiting list. If there is no waiting list and there is an open spot on camp, the friend or sibling can register (however there will still be a cancellation fee charged for your child).

Can I transfer my child from one camp to another?
Yes, subject to our Booking Terms and Conditions. A $50 transfer fee applies. Transfers are not permitted within 14 days of the original camp start date, and must be within the same camp season.
